This area has several more factories, or at least what seem to be factories. They are larger brick building with fewer windows, and sometimes, but not always, smoke stacks. There are more individual buildings, or buildings separated from each other by more than just the road blocks. Dark brick buildings dominate, at is seems to be mostly apartment buildings.

Each one could be unique in some regard, like insignia Maybe some more in Northern Equestria.”
