I will agree that allowing some racism while this is specifically targeted is the flaw in my logic. Most of it was spam or troll related, with a few actual groomers. I don't think any derpibooru related info was posted there since it was discord-focused.
At some point Databyte made his own list, mostly made by himself and some collaborators, but he did use a bit of information from the PCL report channel without permission. Doesn't seem like it was too much though (I highly doubt a foalcon server mod would report someone for foalcon).
